Talking Trees

"Talking Trees"
by Richard Kraus
view biography
"Trees are the earth's endless effort to speak to the listening heaven."

- Rabindranath Tagor.

Personal Reflection:
It was so early that I could hardly see where to walk. The dark added a pardoxical sense to the spectacular display in the sky. It was as if the night didn't want to give up its grip and the morning forces of nature were there to argue.

Technical:
This photograph was made using a Sinar 4x5 view camera and a 300mm Rodenstock lens. The film was Kodak Vericolor II negative and no filters were used.
