Purple Sky

"Purple Sky"
by Richard Kraus
view biography
"Even a happy life cannot be without a measure of darkness, and the word happy would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness. It is far better to take things as they come alone with patience and equanimity."

- Carl Jung.

Personal Reflection:
Sometimes eariness comes along with mood in a mystical sunrise. It comes along with feeling uncertain what discoveries are to be made yet a confident feeling there are many to make. It's wonderful to be in an atmosphere that transcends your imagination into being part of reality.

Technical:
This picture was made using a Sinar view camera and a Schneider 150mm lens. The film was Kodak Vericolor II and there was no filtration used.
